The SDG3000X Series features 16-bit vertical resolution, a maximum output frequency of 200 MHz, and a 1.2 GSa/s sampling rate, with a waveform memory depth of up to 40 Mpts per channel. Adopting innovative EasyPulse and TrueArb technologies, it effectively reduces waveform jitter and delivers superior signal purity. Equipped with a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen, the device enables intuitive and convenient operation. It supports sequence waveform generation, noise generation, harmonic generation, IQ signal generation, and PRBS pattern output, as well as the creation of various complex signals and multi-pulse output, perfectly catering to double-pulse testing of power devices.
