The SSG3000X Plus Series is a high-performance RF signal generator from Siglent, covering a frequency range from 9 kHz to 3.2 GHz with a maximum output power of +20 dBm. It supports an optional high-stability OCXO reference source and delivers excellent phase noise and low noise floor performance. The series greatly improves pulse signal fidelity, ensuring ultra-pure signal output and stable operational performance. Equipped with standard AM, FM, PM analog modulation, pulse modulation and power meter control functions, it supports custom pulse sequence generation and external IQ modulation. Featuring a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen for intuitive operation, the SSG3000X Plus is widely used in RF component characterization, receiver testing, manufacturing, education, and equipment maintenance.
