The SSA6000A Series is Siglent’s flagship signal analyzer, supporting spectrum analysis from 2 Hz to 50 GHz with an IQ analysis bandwidth up to 1.2 GHz. Built with a high-stability reference clock and adopting a YIG microwave preselector for frequency sweeping, it delivers excellent dynamic range to satisfy most RF and microwave measurement requirements.
