Product overview
The SNA6000A Series is a high-performance vector network analyzer with a maximum measurement frequency of up to 67 GHz. Adopting a direct digital synthesis (DDS) excitation architecture, it delivers a fine frequency resolution of 0.1 Hz, a wide power output range and excellent sweep speed. The instrument is widely applied in 5G/6G millimeter-wave communication, high-speed interconnection, semiconductors, optical communication, as well as the electromagnetic parameter characterization of active and passive high-frequency devices and new materials.
