The SNA5000X-E Series covers a frequency range from 9 kHz to 26.5 GHz and supports 2-port S-parameter measurements. Equipped with multiple calibration methods including SOLT and TRL, it ensures high-precision measurement results. Integrating versatile functions such as time domain reflectometry (TDR), spectrum analysis, differential measurement, impedance transformation and port extension, the analyzer is ideal for parameter testing of RF components such as filters and antennas.
