The HY9400 series integrated safety tester integrates five core test functions: AC Withstand Voltage (ACW), DC Withstand Voltage (DCW), Insulation Resistance (IR), AC Ground Bond (AC GB), and Continuity Check (GC). Equipped with a high-power 500VA output, it delivers a maximum AC output of 5kV/100mA with voltage accuracy up to 1%, fully meeting high-power hipot test requirements. The series features outstanding test specifications across all test modes. Its DC withstand voltage output reaches 6kV/10mA with a minimum leakage current measurement resolution of 0.1nA. The insulation resistance test supports 6kV output and a measuring range up to 50GΩ. The AC ground bond test provides 40A output with a resistance range of 600mΩ, while the continuity check covers a resistance measurement range from 0.001Ω to 10kΩ. Adopting a 5-inch multi-point capacitive touch screen and supporting barcode scanning connection, the instrument simplifies operation procedures and greatly improves testing efficiency.
